Former Royals Dennis Leonard, John Mayberry scheduled to appear in Meriden

Former Kansas City Royals Dennis Leonard and John Mayberry are scheduled to appear from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in Meriden at the grand opening of Byte Em Snax, which is located at 7272 K-4 Highway (next to Subway).

Those attending can receive an autograph with a purchase and there will also be a chance for attendees 21 and over to win a free fishing trip to South Dakota with Tom Bruno’s Major League Adventures.

The Noble House Hawaiian Food Truck is scheduled to be on site for the event.
