Kansas Muzzleloading State Championship Shoot set for Sept. 16

The Kansas Muzzleloading State Championship Shoot will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 16 at the First Santa Fe Trail Plainsmen range, located southeast of Overbrook.

The event will be followed by an awards presentation at 5 p.m. and a free chili dinner.

Camping is free and open for setup on Friday through Sunday, with firewood available. Entry fees will be $15 for single entry and $25 for a family. All are welcome to enter the State Shoot and the regular Sunday monthly shoot.
