Description

This week, The Capital-Journal and the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center unveil a new exhibit about the history of newspaper journalismand its future.

The booth at the center will feature special news activity sheets, dress-up clothes and a vibrant design reflecting the best of yesterday,today and tomorrow.

Photos of children taking on newsroom jobs will help decorate the display. Local students from Quincy Elementary and Topeka Collegiate,as well as children of Capital-Journal employees, donned their best newsroom attire to give readers a peek of the journalists of tomorrow.
