One person was arrested in connection with a burglary early Monday at an East Topeka business.
The incident was reported about 4:20 a.m. Monday at the Family Dollar store at 2616 S.E. 6th.
Topeka police said they were notified of the break-in by the store’s burglar alarm.
Officers arriving on the scene found a door had been opened at the store.
One person was being questioned at the scene as of 4:35 a.m. That person later was arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Jail. The arrested man’s name wasn’t available as of 8 a.m. Monday.
