None of the 18 students aboard a Unified School District 345 bus were injured Tuesday afternoon after a vehicle ran into the back of the bus near the 4600 block of N.W. Topeka Blvd.

The incident was reported to Shawnee County Dispatch at 3:24 p.m., who said no one was injured.

The Seaman school district operates their transportation in-house, said district spokeswoman Candace LeDuc.

Other districts contract out transportation services. Last month, USD 501 announced its re-evaluating its contract with Durham School Services. Four Durham bus crashes were reported in October, however no serious injuries resulted.
