Three-year-old girl nearly drowns Sunday in Shawnee Heights area

A 3-year-old girl nearly drowned on Sunday in a pool at her family’s residence on S.E. Croco Road, according to Shawnee Heights Fire Chief Tom Garcia.

At 7:44 p.m., Shawnee Heights Fire District first responders resuscitated the child after family members attempted to perform life-saving measures after she was found unresponsive in the pool.

Garcia said the child was transported to a local hospital with injuries considered to be life-threatening. Her condition as of Monday morning wasn’t known.

I raised 4 kids and have 6 grandchildren , the youngest are siblings 4, 2 @ 1. I know how quickly a toddler can sneak away from a "GOOD " parent. These parents are suffering enough , don't try to make them out to be something you know nothing about.
