A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a home invasion that occurred late Saturday in Jackson County, authorities said.

The arrested man was identified as Daniel M. Ramirez, of Mayetta.

According to Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse, the incident occurred about 11 p.m. Saturday in the 12000 block of 174th Road, northwest of Mayetta.

Morse said officers from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Prairie Band Potawatomi Tribal Police arrived on the scene, where they arrested a Ramirez, who was found inside the residence and who allegedly kicked in the front door.
