Kansas Children’s Discovery Center to host kid-friendly ‘Noon Year’s Eve’ event

While there are plenty of events to entertain adults on the eve of 2018, sometimes finding entertainment for those with a slightly earlier bed time isn’t as easy.

The Kansas Children’s Discovery Center will host its annual event, Noon Year’s Eve, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 31 at the discovery center, 4400 S.W. 10th Ave.

Registration is required for this event, for any child 1 year and older through adulthood.

This party is intended for children of all age groups, with various activities, including a balloon drop, party bags with hats, horns and other favors, a selfie station and more.

New this year is the pancake party breakfast bar, to fuel up kiddos before celebrating the last day of the year.

To register, go to bit.ly/2p1K9qA. Tickets are $15 for members and $17 for nonmembers.
