Everyone knows that for traditional Mexican dishes, Lupita’s is the place to be. With homemade recipes that haven’t changed in 41 years, their dishes are authentic, with only a few modifications from the dish you’d find in Guanajuato, Mexico.

This week’s #FoodFind is a Huarache — a thick, flat, fried corn tortilla topped with your choice of meat, and served in the authentic Mexican, Mexican-American or American-style options.

The Papas Con Chorizo is a potato and Mexican sausage dish on top of the huarache. Pictured, it’s served with authentic Mexican toppings, cilantro, onion, pico de gallo and lime. The dish is served with fried rice and refried beans.
